Danganronpa 1 and 2 Character Keychains Debut in November 

Bushiroad announced that it will offer keychains of Danganronpa 1 and 2 characters in Japanese capsule machines in November 2025. These will be part of the company’s Petatto Nejimaki collection, which reimagines them as wind-up toys. It will be 

300円 (~$2) per strap. While there isn’t any announcement about a worldwide release yet HobbyLink Japan often sells Petatto Nejimaki keychains worldwide.

There will be eight characters in this Danganronpa 1 and 2 Petatto Nejimaki keychains collection. Only seven ended up revealed so far, as the eighth is the “secret” one that tends to be rarer. Three appeared in the first game, while three showed up in the second. The Danganronpa cast members are Makoto Naegi, Kyoko Kirigiri, and Junko Enoshima. The sequel ones are Hajime Hinata, Nagito Komaeda, and Chiaki Nanami. Monokuma appeared as the one present in both. Each one will be a PVC strap with a nylon small cord attached to a lobster claw clasp.

Back in April 2025, more keychains based on characters from the series showed up. Those were based on art drawn by Bkub Okawa, who is best known for Pop Team Epic.

The Danganronpa 1 and 2 Petatto Nejimaki character keychains will debut in Japan in November 2025.
