Umamusume Narita Taishin Trainee Trailer and Details Debut

Narita Taishin is now live as a Trainee in Umamusume: Pretty Derby, and Cygames shared details about the character, a trailer going over her personality, and a concert video that includes her singing. Main Story Chapter 3: Embarking on the Dream Express is now live in-game as well. The developer also shared 50,000 Monies and a SSR Guaranteed Make Debut Ticket for a random Support Card ticket, and both ended up in players’ inboxes.

Narita Taishin is the sort of character who will be running Medium and Long races, and she’ll be doing so as an End Closer like Gold Ship. This means you need to prioritize stats like Power and Stamina. Her unique skill is Nemesis, which should always trigger at the end of the race as she’s going through the final corner to increase her Velocity. She’s also notable for the Potential Skills Sleeping Lion, an End Closer recovery skill to refill Stamina mid-race, and her Encroaching Shadow and work with Nemesis to increase acceleration when she’s running as an End Closer.

Here’s the infographic for her stats and skills:

As Narita Taishin is also part of the BNW trio in Umamusume, which includes Biwa Hayahide and Winning Ticket, Cygames also shared a short concert video of the three performing “Those Tears are for Tomorrow’s Sake.”

Umamusume: Pretty Derby is available for the PC and mobile devices, and the Narita Taishin banner is available until August 13, 2025. She’ll then join the general pool of characters after.
